When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company and message you provide. When you subscribe to studio notes we collect your email address only.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not embed third-party trackers.

Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and, where a project follows, to manage that relationship. Subscription addresses are used only to send studio notes.

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after twenty-four months. Trade account records are retained for the statutory period required for accounting.

You can unsubscribe from studio notes at any time using the link in any message.

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@classicceramics.com and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
